Join Mylene Bourget, a Nationally-accredited Olympic Weightlifting coach for an 8-week class that will leave you feeling stronger than ever. 

Each 70min class consists of a dynamic sport specific warm-up, gradually works through the Olympic Weightlifting movements following a program and progression, before ending with a cooling down period and myofascial stretching. 


Only 4 students per class!!  Individual instruction will help you improve fast and ensure you’re moving safely.  

It will help you become stronger, leaner and more flexible, and is an excellent complement to other activities like yoga and pilates and running or cycling.
